About the opportunity A respected conveyancing firm with a presence in multiple locations across Victoria is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their team. This opportunity allows the successful candidate to work with autonomy on a range of conveyancing matters. This firm offers you the balance of working independently while also having the support of a high-performing team and management. About you You will have: Significant conveyancing experience, 2-3 years at minimum. More experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Experience managing files end-to-end Experience using PEXA and Duties Online Ability to handle a high volume of conveyancing matters Demonstrated experience preparing Section 32 Vendor Statements and Contracts of Sale Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders Comfort working autonomously or as part of a team Excellent attention to detail What’s on offer for you?
